On-campus assistance is available if your car needs a jump-start,
if you lock your keys inside your car, or if you have a low tire and need
air. If you run out of fuel, we will provide a gallon of gas for you to
drive to the nearest station. The following information will be helpful
when using the service:
Contact a Transportation & Parking Services dispatcher at 614-292-9341.
Let the dispatcher know the make, model, color, and location of vehicle
requiring assistance.
Raise the hood and stay with your vehicle until assistance arrives.
In instances where the hood of the vehicle cannot be raised (i.e. lockouts),
stay with the vehicle and watch for assistance to arrive.
Prior to any services being completed, you will be required to sign a service
waiver.
For safety reasons, please note that all motorist assistance calls will
be responded to by red and white vehicles that say "Traffic & Parking
Services" or an OSU Police cruiser.
