Student Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Assist Transportation and Parking Customers

  • Sell parking permits
  • Process customer transactions (citation payments, citation appeals, etc.)
  • Provide parking and transportation information via phone

Perform basic office duties

  • Type, file, and enter data
  • Replenish supplies as needed
