GATEWAY GARAGE FAQs

  1. Where do I fill out the new application?
    • Current Gateway monthly parking permit holders (this does not include “All Over A’s or the GGAs") need to complete an online application with OSU Transportation & Parking Services at https://secure.tp.ohio-state.edu/gateway/. This application will need to be completed before payment for the March parking permit dues can be made. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail within two business days with login credentials for the on-line payment site. The on-line payment site is available at https://secure.tp.ohio-state.edu/associates/signin.aspx.
    • New Gateway monthly parking permit holders must visit our 160 Bevis Hall (1080 Carmack Road) customer service office. An application will need to be completed, and a $30.00 application fee will be assessed, in addition to the parking fee for that month.

  2. Will automatic payment no longer work?
    • Automatic credit card payment will no longer work. The current on-line site will only collect one month at a time. If you prefer to pay in person, we will also accept payment at our 160 Bevis Hall office. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 7:30PM.

  3. When should I make my first payments to T&P?
    • Your payment for the month of March is due by February 29. Monthly payments are due by the last day of the month for the following month of parking. Failure to make payment by the second day of the month will result in the deactivation of your parking permit. Again, once this occurs, the monthly payment cannot be made on-line and you will need to visit our 160 Bevis Hall office to pay both the monthly charge and the $30.00 reactivation fee.
    • Remember, all current Gateway monthly permit holders need to complete a new application prior to the March payment being made. Once an application is submitted, it takes two business days to receive your login credentials for the on-line payment site. If you have not submitted your application by February 24th, it is advised that you visit our Bevis Hall location to complete the application and make the March payment to ensure payment is made prior to the end of the month.
