Fleet Services is your one-stop shop for your vehicle needs on campus.  Whether you need to rent a car, charter a bus, repair your state vehicle, obtain gas for your state vehicle, or need information on purchasing a vehicle for your department, this is the place to look.

Fleet Policies and Procedures - The Ohio State University's Vehicle Acquisition and Use policies were updated December 2005.  These policies provide guidelines for the acquisition, use, maintenance, and disposal of all state owned, leased or donated vehicles as well as reporting requirements. (New updates as of February 13, 2007)

Fleet Quick Info. Guide - Quick informational guide for the procurement and use of University vehicles.

Acquisition, Disposal or Reassignment - Vehicles can be purchased, leased or donated; transferred to another University department or disposed of entirely.  Forms necessary for each action are available here.

Accidents - Information regarding departmental responsibility pertaining to vehicle accidents.

Driver Registration - Information regarding requirements for driver registration.

Fueling - Information regarding fuel purchases for both on and off campus.

Fleet Information - Transportation & Parking Services maintains all legal documents pertaining to the titling, registration, and transfer of all University owned vehicles, as well as information regarding the operation and use of all state vehicles.  Standard reports such as cost per mile analysis, total annual cost of operation for a particular vehicle or the departmental fleet can be easily run upon request.  Information regarding maintenance forecasting, useful life of a vehicle and budget estimations for annual repair and maintenance is also available.

Fleet Newsletter - A quarterly publication with news, updates and information on Fleet Services policies, changes and new initiatives.

Fleet Forms - Links to Fleet forms, such as the Vehicle Acquisition Form, Intra Departmental Vehicle Transfer Form, Mileage Log, State Vehicle Disposal Form, the Voyager Credit Card Application, and a sample Vehicle Pre-Trip Inspection Form.

Vehicle Rental - Transportation & Parking Services rents vehicles to University departments, affiliated clubs, and affiliated organizations for official university business use, as well as affiliates of the University for personal use (non-university business).

Charter Services - Our modern, clean, diverse fleet of charter vehicles makes us your one-stop-shop for your travel needs. Whether you need a shuttle to the airport, transportation to an important meeting, paratransit transportation, or long distance / out-of-town transportation, we have the right vehicle for your needs.

Vehicle Maintenance - We offer maintenance services to the University's 1,000+ vehicle fleet. Whether it's a courier vehicle, box truck, 15-passenger van or SUV, our mechanics are ready to assist you with your maintenance needs.

Scarlet, Gray & Green - As part of the Scarlet, Gray and Green sustainability initiatives, Transportation & Parking Services has implemented new programs to help keep Ohio environmentally friendly.
