Faculty and staff may complete a request to upgrade or
downgrade their permit type. This means that if
a customer with a Faculty or A&P appointment prefers
a surface B permit rather than an A permit, or a customer
with a CCS appointment prefers an A permit rather than
a B, s/he may submit a request to do so. Space allocations
in specific areas will dictate the number of requests
that
can be granted based upon seniority.

All upgrade/downgrade applications for the 2007-2008 parking permit year were due by July 31st. No mid-year application approvals will be made.
2008-2009 PARKING PERMIT YEAR
Requests for an upgrade or downgrade for the 2008-09 parking permit year may be submitted July 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008. (No mid-year approvals are made.) Approvals are limited to parking space availability for that category and are distributed by OSU seniority.
Upgarde/Downgrade requests may be submitted during your on-line permit purchase or by downloading and sending in a copy of this form.
