Reminder of Expiration Date
We want to remind you of the fact that all ValueCard
vouchers have an expiration date on them. We encourage customers to only
purchase the number of ValueCards you believe will be redeemed
by your customers through August of the current year. The expiration date
can be found on the back of the ValueCard as follows:
Ordering ValueCards
To order ValueCards, fill out the Parking
Permit Application for University Departments, and fax
completed form to 292-1660. You may also call our office at
(614) 292-9341 with the name of the department requesting ValueCards,
the quantity of new 2010 ValueCards needed, and the number
of old 2009 ValueCards that you will bring in for exchange
(if applicable).
Once the new 2010 cards are printed and ready
for pick up, we will call you. Please bring
a 100W and the old ValueCards (if applicable) with you to
our office in 160 Bevis Hall (1080 Carmack Road on West Campus)
at the time of pick-up. See the link below for information regarding
