NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES (effective
July 1, 2005)
Due to a number of policy changes, we ask that you take a
few moments to review the information listed below.
Policy Changes
- Patty Bordner, Outreach Liaison for the Department of
Transportation and Parking Services, has taken over the
CABS Advertising Program. Contact Patty Bordner at 614-292-9630
or email bordner.599@osu.edu to
reserve advertising space, to inquire about CABS Advertising
policy changes, or to ask about the CABS Advertising Program
in general.
- External Organizations, or those that do not have an account
recognized by the University Financial Accounting System,
are now eligible to advertise on the CABS Busses beginning
August 1, 2005.
- A fee for both internal and external organizations
will be charged for each reservation that is made. To assist
our internal customers, the fee has been reduced to a service
fee that helps us cover the costs of providing this service
to the community.
- The deadline to turn in advertisements has been moved to
Thursdays at 2:00PM to ensure efficiency of the posting of
advertisements.
- All advertisements that are not laminated may be posted
for a maximum of two weeks and will be discarded after the
removal date.
- All organizations will be given five business days to pick-up
advertisements. Once the five business day timeline has elapsed,
Transportation & Parking Services will dispose of the
advertisements.
