Reduced Office Hours
Due to a parking software change, Transportation & Parking Services will have reduced office hours in early May. The office hours for our main office in room 160 Bevis Hall will be:
Wednesday, April 30th, Thursday, May 1st and Friday, May 2nd: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th: CLOSED
Monday, May 5th through Friday, May 9th: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Saturday, May 10th and Sunday, May 11th: CLOSED
On Monday, May 12th, we return to our normal business hours of 7:30AM - 7:30PM.
Unavailability of E-Services
In addition, our E-Services web site will be down from April 30th at 5:00PM - May 19. All services should return as of May 19 at 6:00AM except for parking permit sales. We will no longer be offering parking permit sales for the 2007-2008 permit year on-line after April 30. Sales for the 2008-2009 permit year will begin in July. Please check back for more information about the exact sale dates in July.

be downloaded and mailed to Transportation & Parking Services,

Parking Citation Payments - Again, customers can either visit our main office or send payment to the address listed above. In addition, customers may call our main line (614) 292-9341 or 1-877-OSU-PARK to make a credit card payment over the phone.
Parking Citation Appeals - Again, customers can either visit our main office or mail the appeal to the address listed above. Appeals may also be sent in via e-mail to tpinfo@osu.edu or via fax to (614) 292-1660.
