DELIVERY PERMITS
Delivery Permits are free of charge and must be requested by a department chair, dean, or director. They must be used in conjunction with an annual “A,” “B,” or “C” permit and are valid
in a designated loading zone for 30 minutes. A Delivery Permit will also authorize any permit type to use an “A,” “B,” or “C” space for 30 minutes if accompanied with a Delivery Permit.
Delivery Permits do not provide access to garages/meters, nor do they permit immediate access to the Control Zone (17th, 18th, 19th Aves and South Oval Drive). Vehicles entering the Control Zone must stop at an information kiosk to gain access.
The Delivery Permit allows the user to park in a designated loading zone for 30 minutes. It DOES NOT add an additional 30 minutes to the posted time limit. For example, if a loading zone is signed with a 15-minute limit, the Delivery Permit allows the vehicle to park for 30 minutes, not 45 minutes.
Applications for Delivery Permits can be found on-line or at our customer service office in room 160 Bevis Hall. Applications are also sent in the summer to all deans, department chairs, and directors to order permits for the following academic year.

CONTRACTOR/VENDOR PERMITS
Transportation & Parking welcomes contractors and vendors to campus and offers permits which may be purchased for a daily, monthly, or annual period. Regardless of parking area, all contractors and vendors are required to purchase and display an OSU permit or park in a pay facility (i.e. a garage or at a meter) and pay the hourly fee while conducting business at the University.
Construction projects warrant specific parking designations for contractors. Further parking information will be provided at the time of permit purchase. For more information regarding contractor parking and permits required, please contact Transportation & Parking Services Construction Liaison, Don Bissett, at 614-554-5668.
