The registered holder of the permit is responsible for any and all citations issued to that permit number. Fines will be assessed to the permit holder or the owner of any vehicle on University property in violation of OSU Parking Regulations.

STUDENT HOLDS
Any student with an unpaid citation is placed on student hold status. This prevents the student from registering for the following quarter or from obtaining his/her transcripts, grades, and financial aid.
PURCHASING A PERMIT
Anyone with unpaid parking fines will not be permitted to register a vehicle nor purchase a permit of any type until the fines have been paid.
UNPAID CITATIONS
Citations not paid within 90 days from date of issue will be sent to Accounts Receivable Collection Services (ARCS).
PAYMENT OF CITATIONS
Citations may be paid in person at 160 Bevis Hall, on-line, through the mail, or by phone by calling (614) 292-9341. If you are on hold for unpaid citations and are paying in person or on-line, please allow one business day from the time of payment to remove the hold. Citations paid on-line after 11:59PM will result in the hold being removed the following evening at 12:00AM/midnight or if paid on-line over the weekend, the hold will be removed at 12:00AM Tuesday. If paying by mail, please allow several days for U.S. Postal Service delivery and two days processing/posting time for the hold to be removed. T&P is not responsible for payments lost or delayed in the mail. If immediate removal of a hold is needed, customers must pay in person at 160 Bevis Hall and then take their receipt to the office of Fees and Deposits.
