(Note: The decline in CABS Ridership in 03-04 was due to a reduction in CABS routes. The North Residential, South Residential, and Core Circulator routes were eliminated in FY 03-04. The decline in CABS Ridership in FY 04-05 was due in part to the elimination of the Med. Center Express route.)
