When it comes to parking, street closures,
traffic assistance, bus service, and a number of other logistical
considerations, we can assist you in the early stages of event planning.
The size of the event, number of attendees, and the time and date
of the event are all factors that impact the ease with which visitors
can manuever throughout campus and find accessible parking. If you
are planning an event that will bring in excess of 100 attendees
to campus, it will be necessary to contact Transportation &
Parking Services at least two weeks prior to the date of the event
in order to coordinate transportation and parking accommodations.
