GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Enter your Presidents Club I.D. number in the box below.  You can find this number on the postcard you received in the mail in July.  If you need your number, please contact the Presidents Club at (614) 292-9550.

Once you enter your Presidents Club number, you will be taken to a site to download a parking permit application.  Please print your application, fill it out manually, and send it to our office, by Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at:

If you do not have access to a printer and need an application sent to you, please call our office at (614) 292-9341 (1-877-OSU-PARK toll-free) or e-mail tp-info@osu.edu (with your name, Presidents Club I.D. number, and address) and we will send one in the mail to you.

PERMIT INFORMATION
Customers will have the option to obtain either:

• the yearly Presidents Club parking permit (valid September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006) OR
• an Alternate Parking Option of 10 garage visits with our new ValueCard permit.* 

*Those opting for the ValueCard should note that this permit is ONLY valid in visitor garages for 10 exits from a garage, not valid in surface parking lots, and it is NOT valid during special events, including football.  If opting for a ValueCard and you need football parking, please check the "yes" box next to the question "Will you be using this option for football parking?".  Only if you check "yes" will you be sent football specific parking permits, one for each home football game.

Please note: Parking permits are for use by The Presidents Club Donor ONLY.  The permit cannot be used, and/or transferred to another individual for parking privileges, including family members.  The Presidents Club donor must be present at all times when the vehicle is in use and/or parked on campus.  Use of the permit by anyone other than the Presidents Club donor may result in fines, vehicle impoundment and/or confiscation of the permit.

PERMIT REPLACEMENT INFORMATION
In the event that your yearly permit is lost or stolen, a replacement may be obtained.  The replacement process requires paperwork and a nominal replacement fee. Please contact The Presidents Club (614-292-9550) or Transportation & Parking Services (614-292-9341) for more information.  Please note that ValueCards and the football specific parking permits are NOT replaceable if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

PARKING GARAGES FOR YEARLY PERMIT HOLDERS

• Your permit must be present at all times on campus or in a garage.  If your permit is not present at the time of entry into a garage, all hourly fees must be paid upon exit.
• If you choose to park in a garage which is "full" to permit-holders at the time of entry, and you take an hourly visitor ticket, all hourly fees must be paid upon exit.
• 12th Ave. Garage, located near the OSU Medical Center, is restricted during the daytime hours Monday through Friday.  If you choose to park in this garage prior to 4:00PM, your keycard will not be operable and all hourly fees must be paid to exit.
• The Hospitals Garage is limited to patient/visitor parking only at all times.  If you choose to park in this garage, all hourly fees must be paid to exit.
