Graduate Students with a Paid Appointment

If you wish to purchase a staff permit ("B", "WB", or "BE" permit)
and your appointment paperwork has already been submitted to our office by your hiring department, you may apply on-line. If the papework was not submitted to our office by your hiring department, you must come in to our office with a photocopy of your appointment
letter or departmental documents. In addition,
those graduate students with an appointment who wish to purchase
a "BG1", "BG2", or "BG3" permit must visit Bevis
Hall. These garage permits will be distributed on a first-come,
first-serve basis on Saturday, August 15, 2009 from 12:00PM -
5:00PM. Again, please visit the student

is needed for purchase.
