This site is reserved for our OSU Regional Campus faculty and staff members who infrequently visit the OSU Main Campus, but wish to purchase a parking permit for those visits. Please click on the link below to go to the e-Services site to purchase your parking permit.

General Permit Purchase Information

• The button below will allow you to purchase a 2007-08 parking permit. (It takes you to a secure server site where you then must select permit, delivery, and payment options before purchasing your permit.)
• Please allow 3-5 business days processing time for all permits purchased on-line, then a week U.S. Postal Service mail delivery time.  We do not send permits to international addresses, but instead will keep them in our 160 Bevis Hall office for pick-up when you return to the states.
• Before submitting your application, please make sure that the permit you selected is the permit you wish to purchase. Once submitted, the permit is ordered and it cannot be changed until you receive your permit. You will then need to bring it to our office to exchange it.
• We have a NEW e-services on-line site! We hope that the new site is easier to use and will assist you with your permit selection. As with any new site, there may be a few "bugs" left in the system, so please be patient with us during the early stages of our new site. Purchase a Parking Permit
(Permit is valid September 1, 2007 - August 31, 2008)

Please note: Due to a parking software change, our 160 Bevis Hall office will have reduced hours April 30th through May 11th. In addition, our E-Services web site will be down from April 30th at 5:00PM - May 19. All services should return as of May 19 at 6:00AM except for parking permit sales. Please note: The e-Services site goes down nightly for regular maintenance and downloads between the hours of 12:00AM (midnight) and 6:30AM.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You may also apply for a permit by downloading an application below. Simply fill it out, write across the top of the application "Regional", and mail it to: Transportation & Parking Services, 160 Bevis Hall, 1080 Carmack Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43210.

• Faculty/Administrative Staff - Faculty Professors and A&P non Classified Civil Service Employees of the University.
• Staff - Classified Civil Service Employees of the University.

(PLEASE NOTE: All application cards are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or greater. You may download a copy of Adobe Acrobat by clicking on the link below. If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, information entered on the application card WILL NOT be saved if you save the file on to your computer. Make sure you print the application card before closing or saving the file. Do not attempt to e-mail your completed application card. Information you entered will not be sent with the file.)
