In addition, our E-Services web site will be down from April 30th at 5:00PM - May 19. All services should return as of May 19 at 6:00AM except for parking permit sales. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Affiliates to The Ohio State University (i.e. students, faculty, and staff) have the opportunity to utilize the e-Services (electronic on-line services) listed to the left.
                             

If you wish to purchase a parking permit, update/change account information or to pay/appeal a citation, you will be sent to the Office of Information Technology's authentication page to virtually identify yourself. Type in your OSU Internet Username (i.e. the first part of your e-mail address, such as smith.995) and your password (e-mail password).

NEW STUDENTS, FACULTY, OR STAFF OR IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE AN ACTIVE OSU INTERNET USERNAME
If you are a new student, faculty or staff and do not yet have an OSU Internet Username and a login password for your account, please visit OIT's OSU Internet Username activation page, download an application from our web site (student applications; faculty/staff applications), or visit our office at 160 Bevis Hall.

For the rest of the services, simply click on the links to the left to be directed to the appropriate site.

Please note: The e-Services site goes down nightly for regular maintenance and downloads between the hours of 12:00AM (midnight) and 6:00AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

GUESTS
If you are not affiliated with the University, please visit the Guest e-Services site.  (Guests will not be able to log in through the Affiliate e-Services site.)

Please Note:
When adding or updating an e-mail address, please add the following addresses to your spam filters. A large number of e-mails are being bounced back and denied by some of our customer's e-mail spam settings, prohibiting them from receiving important information about parking and in some instances receipts from purchases, payments or appeals. The addresses that should be granted access are:
