Change of account information may be done in person at 160 Bevis Hall, on-line, by mail, or by calling (614) 292-9341. The mailing address is: Transportation & Parking Services, 160 Bevis Hall, 1080 Carmack Road, Columbus, OH 43210.
The link below will take you to the Office of Information Technology's authentication page. After you log in by entering your OSU Username and password, you will be directed to your Transportation & Parking Services account page. From this page, you may Purchase a New Permit, view Citation Information, view your Account Summary, or submit a Special Request.
Account Summary
Select the Account Summary link on the main page to review your T&P account information. From this page you will be able to: update your contact information (mailing address, e-mail address and phone number); view vehicles associated with your account or add a license plate to your current permit; view your permit history and purchase a new permit; view your violation history and make citation payments or appeals.
My Account: Displays summary of account information including your name, e-mail, address, phone number, permit number, registered vehicles, and violations.
My Addresses: Update your Home address (current address), Campus address (work or dorm address) and your Preferred address (where you would like T&P correspondence sent).
My E-mail: Update your e-mail address and choose a preferred e-mail address for T&P correspondence.
My Permits: View current permits, check permit eligibility and purchase permits on-line.
My Phone Numbers: Update your Home phone number (current phone number) and your Local phone number (dorm phone, off-campus phone or campus work phone).
My Vehicles: View vehicles associated with your account and add a license plate to your current permit.
My Citations: Search for current violation, pay a violation, appeal a violation, and view your violation history.

Please note: The e-Services site goes down nightly for regular maintenance and downloads between the hours of 12:00AM (midnight) and 6:30AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: If you work for the OSU Health System, you need to use your OSU Username (ex. smith.1 of smith.1@osu.edu) and password, not the e-mail address and password given to you by the Health System (ex. smith-1 of smith-1@medctr.osu.edu). The Health System Username and password will not work in this authentication system.

When adding or updating an e-mail address, please add the following addresses to your spam filters. A large number of e-mails are being bounced back and denied by some of our customer's e-mail spam settings, prohibiting them from receiving important information about parking and in some instances receipts from purchases, payments or appeals. The addresses that should be granted access are:
