On-line "BG" permit requests are due July 31, 2009 by midnight.
Those applications being dropped off at 160 Bevis Hall were due at our office closing time, 7:30PM, on July 31, 2009.
The request approval e-mail will be sent by Wednesday, August 5th to all staff who are approved to purchase a "BG" permit. Customers who receive an approval e-mail will have their "BG" permits held for them to purchase until Wednesday, August 19th. Starting Thursday, August 20th, "BG" permits that are left over will be released and sold to the customers on the permit waitlists.
"BG" Allocation Change
Please note that we have changed the garage allocations for the "BG" permits, which resulted in adding a new "BG3" permit this year.
For the 2009-2010 permit year:
"BG1" permits will have access to Northwest,
Tuttle, Arps, and Lane Ave. Garages. (Lane Ave. Garage
opens in 2010.)
"BG2" permits will have access to 9th Ave. West,
9th Ave. East, and South Cannon Garages.
"BG3" permits will have access to Ohio Union
North and 11th Ave. Garage.
